Monday 7.00-8.30

Yoga – Dru : An individual form of exercise concentrating on posture and encouraging improved flexibility, breathing development and relaxation. Find peace and contentment through traditional forms of relaxation to restore health and balance. Great for releasing physical and mental tension. Suitable for everyone.

Tuesday 6.45-7.45

Aerobics: a great fat-burning class. It combines aerobic exercise with stretching and strength-training routines, which will improve your general level of fitness as well as increasing your stamina, coordination and flexibility.

Wednesday 7.00-8.30

Yoga – Hatha : Yoga is a workout designed to aid in relaxation and revitalisation of the mind and body. It also helps to improve and focus the alignment of your body. It is a low impact class which maintains flexibility and increases suppleness

Thursday 6.00-7.00

Boxercise: A fitness class which uses boxing moves and techniques. There is no physical contact – the only things that you punch are the pads. The workout uses the entire body and is great for toning and conditioning your upper body, as well as giving the lower body a work out. It also helps improve hand to eye coordination and balance. Boxercise is always fun, energetic, and addictive.

Friday 6.00-7.30
