Fitness Classes

We provide a range of fitness classes including Yoga, Boxercise, and Aerobics, see below for details:



It directly stimulates all of your muscles, including your chest, shoulders, back, arms, legs, and core muscles.

Training in this particular style not only allows you to lose weight but also gives you a leaner and fitter physique.

60 minutes of Boxercise can burn up to 700 calories!

Unlike the treadmill or jogging, you’ll be burning calories without getting bored.

Punches, kicks, shuttle runs, squats and sit-ups… all designed to work up a sweat in a way that you’ll actually enjoy!

Your body will go into overdrive, you will feel happier and be provided with more energy and motivation to allow you to stick to your workouts.

Improve Co-ordination, Body composition, Balance, Muscle Tone & Strength, Core Strength. We welcome all Adults, any ages, ability or fitness level.     



A great fat burning class, it combines aerobic exercise with stretching and strength-training routines, which will improve your level of fitness as well as increasing your stamina, co-ordination and flexibility

Exercise and Fitness for All

Wednesday 11:30am – 12:30pm

All abilities welcome. During our classes you will be introduced to Aerobics, Zumba and Toning exercises with a variety of good music. All classes can be performed standing or seated depending on the individual.

Yoga – Hatha

Yoga – Hatha: Yoga is a workout designed to aid in relaxation and revitalisation of the mind and body. It also helps to improve and focus the alignment of your body. It is a low impact class, which maintains flexibility and increases suppleness

What to wear

Few other fitness classes require you move and bend in quite the same way, so you will need a kit that is up to the challenge of keeping you cool, covered and comfortable through it all.
