We provide a diverse range of courses, both recreational and vocational. Tutors are selected for their knowledge as well as their ability to deal with a wide range of students. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and, as there are tests or exams in very few courses, students are able to learn a new skill at their own pace! Courses run from late September and they usually last ten weeks.

First Class / Induction

During your first class your tutor will provide health and safety information should there be an emergency while you are attending

Fees

There are different ways to enrol and pay for the courses that we offer:
Call into the centre during during our opening hours by cheque or credit/debit card, you may also use your credit/debit card to make a payment over the phone.
Payment plans can be discussed for BSL Fees.
Exam fees, where applicable are not included in course fees unless stated but are payable separately upon registration of the exam.
Please note: Courses are subject to numbers; a minimum of ten learners are required.

Fee Refunds

There is no entitlement to an automatic refund of fees. However where the centre has cancelled a course and transfer to an alternative course is not possible a refund will be given.

Refunds will only be authorised onto the card made for your original payment. If payment is made by any other means a refund will be requested from Dudley MBC as a direct payment.

Learners who choose to withdraw from a course are not entitled to a refund – In exceptional circumstances a part refund fee may be approved, from which an administrative charge will be made.
