This is a low impact class that aims to strengthen muscles while improving:

  • Flexibility
  • Balance
  • Muscle Tone & Strength,
  • Core Strength & Stability.

 

it is suitable for men and women of all ages, levels, or abilities.

If you have been looking for a new workout routine that can give you a good balance of all the above, then Pilates may be the answer.

Like all exercise Pilates has been found to have a beneficial effect on mental health.
