Course outline

Yoga – Hatha: Yoga is a workout designed to aid in relaxation and revitalisation of the mind and body. It also helps to improve and focus the alignment of your body. It is a low impact class, which maintains flexibility and increases suppleness.

What to wear

Few other fitness classes require you move and bend in quite the same way, so you will need a kit that is up to the challenge of keeping you cool, covered and comfortable through it all.
