Course outline
BOXERCISE IS A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT:
It directly stimulates all your muscles, including your chest, shoulders, back, arms, legs, and core muscles.
Training in this style not only allows you to lose weight but also gives you a leaner and fitter physique.
60 minutes of Boxercise can burn up to 700 calories!
Unlike the treadmill or jogging, you’ll be burning calories without getting bored.
Punches, kicks, shuttle runs, squats and sit-ups… all designed to work up a sweat in a way that you’ll enjoy!
