Course outline
A great class set to dance music and led by our instructor Amy who will take you through a variety of stretching and strength-training routines combined with aerobic exercise that works on all areas of your body.

Fitness classes require you move easily, so you will need a kit that is up to the challenge of keeping you cool, covered and comfortable through it all.
