This course is specifically designed for senior citizens. It is intended for complete beginners who have never used computers, the Internet or email before or those with some basic knowledge who need to build up their confidence.

Basic keyboard and mouse skills, using drag and drop, typing and editing text, improving the presentation of documents you type, using cut, copy and paste, opening, saving and organising your files. Searching for information online, using a website, writing and sending your first email, replying to emails, using attachments, managing your email, identifying junk mail and scams. Keeping safe on the Internet.
