Course Outline


After the success of our first Pilates course, in October, we have received a number of inquiries to deliver an online course during the latest lock down. Our Pilates instructor has designed a safe but challenging 5 week course that she is now able to deliver over the internet.

To book your place, simply contact the centre to register.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Course Requirements

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat.
