Course Outline
Health and well-being programme will include aspects of:
Anxiety Management – how to overcome stress and worry less
Life Coaching – Learn how to restore balance and make positive changes in your life
Conflict Resolution – Learn how to deal with difficult situations assertively
Live4Less – Learn how to make your money go further (super scrimping)
Introduction to Volunteering – Learn what is involved in the role of the volunteer
Alcohol Awareness – Learn important information about units of alcohol, the effects of beer goggles and sample moctails.
This course is ideal for frontline people, eg. receptionists, sales, volunteers who are dealing with member of the public.
