Course Outline

This course is aimed at complete beginners – learners will understand how to cover cake with marzipan and sugar paste whilst learning how to overcome any problems that may occur. Learners will be able to progress on to making royal icing and understand the different consistencies required to use a different range of techniques. Learners will also be creating moulded flowers using sugar paste and marzipan to adorn your cake.
